"Yes, don't do it, you will be very sorry -- they are threatening to outsource the nurses' jobs to the Philippines now."

What don't you like about working at Coventry Health Care?

"Mgmt treats professional staff like serfs, rampant favoritism, low pay/poor raises, little or no opportunity for advancement, difficult to schedule time off, tasks can be done from home but mgmt refuses to allow this, the rules of the game constantly change. Oh, and they are planning on outsourcing the nurses' jobs to the Philippines."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Request meetings with your staff and actually do something about their complaints and suggestions. Listening is fine but worthless if not followed with action. Even better, sell this branch of the company to someone who knows how to run it."
