"The Food Court was amazing!"

"Negotiate for a high salary. The job security seems to be high and Covansys has excellent HR and Admin teams. What is lacking is the salary brackets."
What don't you like about working at Covansys Corp.?
"I was in the PayPal ODC and we had excellent benefits like beverages, food and other basic amenities. Those outside the ODC had to pay for coffee!Also the ChennaI location is on the verge of civilization and transport is a huge problem for those living in the city."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Maybe a location within the city would be great. The compensation is standard, the work location/environment is outdated and are not at all attractive."
