"The most unethical company I've ever worked for. If you didn't know the right people, grease the right palms, kiss the right behind, you would be passed up for a well deserved promotion. They showed favoritism, got away with belittling employees, outright verbally abusing employees and when employee relations was contacted, they all stuck together and brushed it under the rug as if were just something that happens and to just deal with it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be fair and stop looking out for management when they break the law and look out for the employees. I have never been treated with such dissregard and dissrespect in the ten years that I worked for this company. They claim to be ethical and on the contrary, they were anything but ethical. I don't know how they got away with what they did for so long."
