What do you like about working at Scarborough Research?
"Quickly promoted and highly respected home office management. Received fair pay and awards because of those managers. Enjoyed flexibility and company benefits."

"It is a wonderful company, just beware of upper management in the San Antonio center."
What don't you like about working at Scarborough Research?
"San Antonio manager was inept and played favorites with certain employees. Behaved unprofessionally and let important parts of his job fall behind; such as employee reviews of the few employees that reported to this manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace San Antonio Manager as he doesn't follow company policies."

"Working on different projects, travelling , good pay and friendly people"

"Know your stuff. Be passionate, care about what you are doing."

"Part time employees are left in the dark about upcoming projects. Can be difficult to get more work."

"The CEO is one of the most inspiring people I've ever met. The way he talks about what we do, I can see why he does it so well."

What do you like about working at Lotus Business Solutions?
"Great Leadership team. The CEO genuinely cares about all his employees. Lots and lots of training and growth support.The culture is so much fun and the company is growing pretty fast. I learn t so much and I got rewarded for doing well. They promoted me over someone who was there longer just because I have been doing better. I think that kind of thinking on a company's part is pretty amazing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to work hard and learn.Have to be a constant student to be successful at this place because they dont like stagnant people."
What don't you like about working at Lotus Business Solutions?
"Not flexible with people going for higher education. I loved to work here but had to part ways because I wanted to pursue my Masters."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have part time and more internship opportunities. Give employees more time before they can tackle leadership and Management. I know they are growing fast but some people need time to adjust to new things."

"the hiring process is very long for something that is only a server position"

"it was very early morning going late into the day. tiring when you are going to school"

"it shouldnt take 6 interviews and 2 months to hire for a sever position"

"Great company. And for my position Expect not to have a life (or at least not much of one with all the travel)."

"As stated before, those traveling in the field have a hard work/life balance."

"More development and growth opportunities for those working and traveling in the field; promote more work/life balance."

"The initial idea of what our mission appealed to my sense of purpose but I soon realized that their goal was to phase out the low income and become more main stream."

"Don't go work for a non-profit that will be as compassionate as their cause."

"Pretty much everything with an emphasis on my supervisor and the HR dept."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A complete top to bottom overhaul of their management. Anyone working with the company more than 7 years needs to go. Their is a culture of entitlement based upon length of stay-that is to say those that have tenure seem to believe they have more say than those that don't regardless of position and seniority or fallibility."
