"I do not have any dislikes about this company, I have really enjoyed working here."

"I think the managers should continue to work closely with their teams and have the open communication they have always had."

"hands on and substantive transactional work, variety and high responsibility"

"no, they stopped giving me work after months after Lehamn crisis"

"small and cliquish and not willing to share in information"

"diversify personnel and so they would feel less hostile to outsiders"

"I liked the retail discounts for all employees. I learned a new area in securities law."

"Ask very detailed questions about your exact job responsibilities. Ask about training courses."
What don't you like about working at Sears?
"I disliked that they were always reorganizing departments and procedures. There is not much communication between departments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest more meetings and contacts between the various departments. Arrange for official training of the securities work instead of crash on-the-job training."

"Truly grasping the details of transactional work in corporate and real estate."

"Talk directly with paralegals, usually human resources or the senior attorney cannot present what your work load is about."

"Many long hours. Some tclosing ransactions involved staying overnight for early morning closings."

"More communication possibly with monthly meetings. No interaction with other departments. Worked with many attorneys."

"I enjoyed special projects that offered more mobility and responsibility."

"Probably talk with someone in the department you would be working in to get a feel of the type of work being done."

"Large percentage of work was corporate maintenance which can be quite routine."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More communication with staff through weekly or bi-weekly meetings. Only attended one meeting the entire year."

"Currently, my role permits a lot of schedule flexibility in that I set my own hours, telecommute as needed, et al."

"Research the turn over history for the area being interviewed and be as proactive about interviewing your potential new boss/team mates as they are of you."
What don't you like about working at Fidelity Information Services?
"I have been with them since March 2007 and I have yet to experience a period of stability where FIS is not purchasing another entity or auditing for cost savings/lay offs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I cannot offer any criticism of my current management team because they saw the wisdom o transferring me to their team when my original team laid off my position on July 1, 2009."
