"I disliked that they were always reorganizing departments and procedures. There is not much communication between departments."

"I would suggest more meetings and contacts between the various departments. Arrange for official training of the securities work instead of crash on-the-job training."

"I have been with them since March 2007 and I have yet to experience a period of stability where FIS is not purchasing another entity or auditing for cost savings/lay offs."

"I cannot offer any criticism of my current management team because they saw the wisdom o transferring me to their team when my original team laid off my position on July 1, 2009."
