"Company is small so there is no room to move up."

"Listen to your employees and their advice if you want to be successful."

"The product; it worked in large environments as long as that environment met specific requirements with regard to integrations."
What don't you like about working at xMatters?
"Marketing was very slow to help meet our (Corp Sales) objectives. SEO wsa non-existant. Needed to dumb down our message. Other personal concerns."

"I loved my constant interaction with my team and customers. In addition I also loved the dynamic nature of the position."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Please be very familiar with your sales cycle. When interviewing I often ran into many sales people that did not have a clear and defined process."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"The fear of the future was the worst part. Copies are declining at 11% a year and eventually our business would cease."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please make sure that if you do have a long range vision for the company... share it with the field sales folks so they are aware of our go forward plans."
