"It did not seem that management was good at forcasting the market thereby making the company less stable."

"One of the best companies I have ever worked for. They really liked to take care of their employees as well as always had the customer in mind. Even when the location I worked for closed, they offered me the same position at another location. I was unable to accept due to the commute."

"Just the same as any other company. Just be yourself and be honest about your abalities and needs."

"I didn't like the location closing. Other than that I don't have anything bad to say about the company."

"Incompetent at all reaches of upper management. Rewarded those who sank the company with the fiber optic debacle with better positions, even to the level of president."

"Nothing...the Board of Directors are the only ones who can fix this (and did during the fiber optic downturn, couldn't rely on those they promoted to turn the company around!!!)"
