"Do not make yourself look like a free thinker. At least in Wilmington they wanted engineers who fell into place and did it as it had always been done. Look like a responsible engineer willing to learn their way of doing things. Only a rare few were allowed to think outside the box. Those rare few had been with the company for a very long time."

"Pay not extremely competitive, but adequate."

"Try to interview for a full time employee position and not a contractor position because contractors are not treated like employees."
