"The disconnect between their professed Company Values and their actions. Also, the company's yearly greenhouse gas emissions. 3.4 billion pounds of CO2, in 2011. Unacceptable."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit your job and work for a company that cares about the environment."
"At the time, I was part of large layoff, they gave an excellent separatation package. I would work for them again because of that package."

"Good relaxed atmosphere everywhere except production management."

"Do not make yourself look like a free thinker. At least in Wilmington they wanted engineers who fell into place and did it as it had always been done. Look like a responsible engineer willing to learn their way of doing things. Only a rare few were allowed to think outside the box. Those rare few had been with the company for a very long time."
What don't you like about working at Corning?
"Pay not extremely competitive, but adequate."
