"Be yourself and don't grand-stand. Take the cotten out of your ears and put the cotten it in your mouth"

"My Wife works at Cornet also and I did not like having two eggs in one basket"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have more brainstorming meetings. Make sure that Marketing and Engineering know exactly what the Customer wants. Ship the product after extensive testing so that the Customer feels good dealing with us."
