"The Ad says they have been in business for 16 years which he’s had the company name but the business is really just beginning and he has no one on board other than one old friend co-worker that’s been there for more than 2 months less than a month. My advice to anyone taking a job with this company, get it in writing. If you are a loan officer I would ask for a commission payout in writing and say any leads are 100% yours and no one else works them as long as I’m a contract worker with your organization. I also would ask for a minimum of three loan officers’ references and request all three copies of the reports you paid for the local, state and federal one."
