"do't keep tellingus you realize the sales cycle is long and you understand; the technology is old and current customers expect us to come up with faster, better ways of doing this testing or they will go with automation. Once someone does get a huge account and sweats their tush off to land it,m support it, don't lay them off because they had to tell you that a customer decided they had to start sending out testing because they didn't have the manpower to do manual testing and the volume wasn't big enough to justify a automted ELISA system"
