"Class, Focus, and Family is the best way to describe The Corcoran Group. Corcoran agents have high standards, are professional, savvy, and well versed in all things real estate. Those high standards require Corcoran agents to learn the nuances of doing real estate in NY. They are not just property showers. They're knowledgeable about zoning, development, staging, project managing, property management, marketing, event planning, and they throw a heck of an open house. Beyond all the pomp and circumstance of the business, they’re really a family. Agents have been apart of the company for their entire careers, which, in a business that has a constant revolving door, speaks volumes."
