What do you like about working at Copart?

"I like their philosophy about management. Everyone including the senior management is expected to role up their sleeves and get in the trenches with the employees. Apart of being a great manager is knowing all about the jobs around you and how to do them. Even the CEO helps."

What don't you like about working at Copart?

"Lots of skeltons. The company is starting to become more corrupt. What started as a family like atmosphere is turning into a individualistic work place."
