"Not really, all I can and will say is just to be yourself."

"Reaaly not much I didn't enjoy. A job is a job, your there to work."

"The Heat, lack of employees at times, all the yelling"

"I like the benefits and the freedom I have within my cook position. I am aloud to create specials deserts and soups every day."

"I dont like that this company provides no managerial support from upper management. We do not have an ordering guide or recipe control in place. I is hard for me to work like that"

"Educate yourself and others on the usefulness of menu control. So that you can have a profitable company"

"I got the job having no previous experience in the position. The trick is to be confident and able to learn quickly as well as be friendly."

"The restaurant that I work in has no leadership from the established leaders and there is no teamwork between back of house and front of house employees."

"The management needs to have set responsibilities for everyone and consequences for people that do not do the work properly."

"Nice workers who are easy to relate to. One or two nice managers."

"FInd another place that cares more about its workers and less about the profit margin."

What don't you like about working at The Old Spaghetti Factory ?

"forced to work 2 or 3 stations by myself, company policies that hinder me (can't use gloves, can't keep drink in kitchen, can't use fan, can't eat unless working 6 hours or more), not notified earlier if going to close the line, yelled at, blamed for most things, expected to do several things at once when not physically able, hot kitchen, equipment isn't fixed till later when it breaks down, understaffed almost all the time, not able to get the hours/days that I need, employees are seen as expendable, managers only care about profit, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure everything is more organized, find ways to help workers do their job better, try to retain employees by solving any issues they have."

"They were easy to work for. The atmosphere was pleasant."

"No, it was not a position that was interviewed for it just kind of fell in my lap."

"Not a challenging positon nor was it full time or permanant."

"None at this time it is a non profit organization."

"The people that I worked with. Very laid back as far as menu planing and ordering."

"Tell the truth. Give them your attention at all times. And give them non complex answers."

"Not a thing, people are very friendly and willing to help."

"More knowledge of kitchen. Knowing what inspectors are looking for."

"The schedule is okay. My job is not difficult. I chose to do this for my part time job.The chef is great. Nice guy, and talented. The fellow cooks and wait staff are great people."

"Think twicw about applying here, or at least know you will be working under an idiot manager."

What don't you like about working at Buca di Beppo?

"The new manager has made the place hell. People have quit because of his attitude."

"I fel the manager should go get an education in people skills, and listen when asking an opinion, or an explaination."

"BDubs is only tolerable because of the other employees, mainly cooks whom I work with on a daily basis."

"Be ready to work hard for little. A lot of the times your hard work isn't recognized."

"There is a lack of employees who do their job, or lack of ones who actually help out. There is no looking out for the other guy."

"Actually look at how certain changes affect the flow of the kitchen."

"I would suggest that they not worry too much because there are other options for fast food employment."

"I would suggest to schedule the people who work hard more often and cut back hours to those employees who are always negative and unproductive."
