What don't you like about working at Brookdale Senior Living?
"I dislike trying to feed residents who are paying upwards of $5000.00 a month on $5.50 a day for breakfast, lunch, & dinner."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try and learn how to be a manager if you are going to be a manager over experienced managers, instead of being afraid of their experience & knowledge of their own positions."

"None, you get job by knowing someone within so being on outside looking in is tough"

"It is not a respectable job that I want to keep saying that I do"

"Putting stricter standards on quantiies ordered/cooked and being able to more freely judge what we need as a cook"
