"At the time, the drive was 45 minutes to and from but other than that nothing."

"It was Downtown. We had the top morning buffet in Chicago. I put it together everyday!"

"praise in public, punish in private, postivie moral is key in this industry, be happy"

"Keep more on top of your staff. Don't let them goof around."
