3.2Keep up with the other carriers...............Allow sales to compete with one acct a month to gain market share. Bring Operations and Sales closer together. It is always a internal fight and sometimes they loose focus that the customer is the reason we were in business.
3.5I think the biggest thing is to make sure the staff is properly trained. Also, the whole answering a question with a question makes people feel dumb. Personally, I would not like to the the CEO, but if I were a supervisor, I think the biggest thing is making employees feel that they can alway come to you for help.
