"There was regular change and lay offs that caused definite uneasyness with employees."

"Employees need to feel secure and confient in the company they work for, there may have been a bit too much transperancy from upper management regarding company financial standing."

"Travel requirements were extensive with long periods of travel away from home."

"Less travel requirements and more opportunity to work on home base venue for projects."

"Yes, this company consists of over 100 employees but is very close and casual. Being a team player is one of the perks of working for Keane and a requirement."

"Nothing negative to say about the company, just the commute was a little far."

"I have no suggestions for management as they constantly improved and adapted to each situation."

"Must be willing to travel if you are not in the corp offices. Great engineering opportunities in other countries."

"The manager. I was stuck with a neophyte narcissist. Sr. mgt took notice when I left and moved him."
