"Prudential was a good company and the people were very kind and helpful."

"Just be yourself, I wanted to work for Prudential as a perm employee but they didn't have any openings so I worked only as a temp."

What don't you like about working at Prudential?

"The overall organization, they had a nice gym and cafeteria and nice grounds to do power walks on my lunch hour."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be available when needed, my particular manager was out a lot and it made it difficult to get work done."

"Decisions need to be made faster so productivity can happen faster. Waiting around for a decision that may take weeks to get is not productive at all."

"There's not too much that I dislide about the company, but the commute is a killer."

"Project management is pretty good. I have no compalints. People management is good, too."

"Stay clear. Don't believe what they tell you. If you desperately need the job, just make sure you take the necessary steps to protect yourself. They are unsupervised and ruthless."

"A Human Resources Best Practices Task Force would likely use this coampany as a profile of What Not To Do or How To Avoid An EEOC Investigation."

"Monitor the multiple locations and divisions of MedAssets to ensure the published Mission, Morals, and Values are really being implemented. Investigate the real work enviorments and management practices and acknowledge that the self serving clics and good old boys club is not the companies future but a tiresome and ineffective throwback to era long gone."

"Do your research, the company has been put up for sale several times and layoffs have occured. Find someone you know there, in any department, and have them submit your resume."

"It's the type of company once someone is hired they neve leave, or get fired. There's a lot of That's not my job mentatlity. Instead of teamwork, it's passing the buck to someone else. Promotions and advancement are based on who you know and whether your manager wants you to go, so if your manager doesn't like you, your stuck."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"ARINC is owned by an investment company so for them it's all about the money. The CEO has to please them, so more and more he cares less about the employees. I'd remember it's the employees that make the business run and a little recognition goes a long way."
