"Its a great company but be careful of where you apply and what type of management you get. Its easier if you are single to deal with conflicting hours because it changes every six months on seniority bids,especially if you are only part time looking for another job!"

What don't you like about working at Continental Airlines?

"Your not treated as equals based upon seniority, when it comes to discipline and daily job positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, Cause they won't listen to common since or reasoning when told it! Your guilty before proven innocent. They just want to handle their department while letting different structured leads run the ramp."
