"nothing really except the work load is not secure as far as upcoming work."

"Make every second count in every interviewing time you have to include when you call the main office."

"Long hours required when hiring of new personnel was time consuming (long interviewing process) and you had to keep building in assigned community."

"Keep hiring process in place even though it was long process they hired great people."
