"Summer Friday hours. If they didn't have that I'd have to say nothing."

"Don't have any tips for interviewing except I would not interview again knowning what I now know."

What don't you like about working at Concept One Accessories?

"Pay is very low. A lot of employees have to work two jobs. Instead of paying employees more, they give them a manager title. Lots of managers. The health insurance has very high deductible so it's worthless. Employees are treated horribly. Tons of backstabbing starting at the very top. Owners spy on employees by bcc'ing themselves on employee emails so they know what employees are doing. The place has tons of turnover. People quit for better paying jobs and they get fired for no reason. The owners don't seem to be able to get along with many people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow up. Take responsibility for what's wrong with your company instead of blaming everything on the employees."

"Good hours and some depts are helpful but that's about it."

"Don't bother. Terrible culture, disorganized and they don't value their employees."

What don't you like about working at Concept One Accessories?

"Low pay, awful benefits, backstabbing, family owned and no one is right but family, tons of turnover, a lot of firing without much reason."

"Come out of the bubble, take some management courses, show some loyalty."
