What do you like about working at Concentra?

"The things that I liked about Concentra were that if you needed anything they pretty much ordered it for you. There was a lot of communication and incentives. They even purchased uniforms."

What don't you like about working at Concentra?

"The things that I didn't like about working there were that the facility had a large amount of patients and I felt rushed and no personal time was allowed. Patients were just a number"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"One must hire people who have a knowledge or understanding of the job responsibilities of the people with whom they are going to manage or alteast a willingness to learn what their employees actually do."

"It was a fast paced environment and I loved the service I was providing in helping people."

"If it did happen when someone drops the ball in getting a referral submitted to get authorization."

"To stay organized and to keep communication with your colleagues. Also to pay attention to detail make sure everything is running smoothly."

"It was a family oriented place to work for andI enjoyed working their as it allowed me the opportunity to learn and grow."

"Unfortunately, it was bought by one of my clients that I managed and was affected in a lay off."

"I enjoyed working with the employers to resolve issues with not only my center but others. It allowed me to utilize my expertise in worker's comp. I enjoyed being a resource for other Adminstrators."

"I understand Concentra has worked to turn things around, but would recommend this as an entry level for new Admins to learn the position, then grow and move on."

What don't you like about working at Concentra?

"The lack of knowledge regarding reporting a first aid vs. industrial injury. Physician not motivated to meet requiremets for turnaround times, etc."

"I recommended a liaison for employers, and conference to explain how services provided by physicians affect centers. Bonus, employees, etc."
