"I've been working for concentra for almost year! I like the job. We have 6 centers throughout Minneapolis! We conduct occupational services, any level of physicals, urgent care, new work injury care! I am in charge of the daily Operations, budgeting, time cards, employee/doctors schedules, maintain relationship with clients. We have goals to meet everyday! Very fast pace! I have currently 6 employees. Onsight therapist and one Medical Director. Every Friday we get a float"

"Know your sales process, it's not all about relationship building.. they want to know you have steps leading to your close"

"Not that challenging. Bonus structure not set up to fully motivate sales team to reach potential."

"I would suggest finding ways to push reps to full potential."

"Negotiate your salary well because it probably won't increase for YEARS."

"Very hard to get pay increases. Its hard to be motivated knowing that you don't get anything for hard work."

"The NPER scores are not what bonuses should be determined by!"

"I've worked for Concentra for about 3 years. There has been considerable turnover in management as well as the individual contributors. Once you get in the door, you will have a very good job but do not expect rapid advancement. They like to keep good people where they are and not let them grow. If you are just looking for a job to sit in comfortably, this is the place for you."

What do you like about working at Concentra?

"My hours and I don't have to work on weekends."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My director is really nice and my interview was very easy. Just be open minded to learning new things because at most centers you will be required to do everyones job and your own."

What don't you like about working at Concentra?

"It's alot of work, you basically are a jack of all trades at my location. They expect you to do your titled job and everyone else's also, including MA duties."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I work with someone who is beneath my education and she treats me and others like she is better than us because she has been with the company for a long time. Management should address people like this in the work place. Recognize your title and education before you give orders to others that are not required to report to you!"
