"I am the only IT person in the office so I am trusted to resolve all techical issues. I often fix issues and management has no idea there was a problem."

"I would tell that person the people are great. As I stated before there isn't much as far as pay goes but it's a great place to gain experience and get your foot in the door."

"Financial compensation and lack of benefits. It is a very small office and the work isn't very challanging."

"None really! As a small office they can't offer much in pay and benefits and I understand their position. The people are great."
