"There are lots of computer technician jobs out there. Finding work is not a problem in the right places. The bad part of it is that many of the jobs are contract jobs and it is hard to land a regular full time job that lasts."

"Sometimes this company has a lack of organization (overall not my department) and it is hard to follow orders when thing are not organized."

"Have a centralized knowledge base and a standard for all the employees where they can communicate and make decisions more transparent."

"As Elmer Fudd would say Be Veewwy veewy careful. As they will tell you no matter the issues or problem, the motivating words are You're getting paid aren't you"

"No growth, no control but high expectations. The very definition of a high stress position"

"None as they would not listen anyway. They only listen to themselves"

"Having tons of computer parts, taking those parts and building large computer servers"

"no I think everyone has to be there own person and do the best they can but watch out for some of the people that mean you no good."

"Some of the people that I worked with did not like my wife"

"Learn to to a much better training program so you can keep good people"

"Aside from being qualified for the job, be a personable and friendly person - need to be if you're working in a school district!"

"I don't like the politics of it all, where everything has to go through a complicated system just to get approval or certain things."

"I suggest a better organizational system, making it easier for employees to get their job done."

What do you like about working at Geeks On Site?
"Very comfortable environment, all employees/contractors are good people. I enjoy learning more about computers as I fix them, although the things I have left to learn about computer hardware are very limited."

"Just be yourself, and be a well-rounded individual. There is a bit of downtime when there's a slow day."
What don't you like about working at Geeks On Site?
"Only thing is really the drive and the troubles resulting from it. There's also the fact I have a lot of promise (especially according to the manager) in the 3D/Game Industry, and enjoy 3D modeling (and creating in general) more than anything."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure everyone is ALWAYS on the same page, also should give workers a slight bit of compensation for appointments set."

What do you like about working at Daytona State College?
"Truthfully, the only part I enjoyed was in the beginning. That died over time."

"Don't interview for them and if you do, ensure it's for a temporary position."
What don't you like about working at Daytona State College?
"The place is reluctant to change, holding on to old values and false truths. The people with abilities to proceed are help back to prevent change. The ways things are handled end up being ridiculous because of this with an unmatched lack of communication."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to be overhauled with new employees. The upper management is not going to change the ways of old. They need to open up to the new world. On top of this, they need to have their salaries lowered so those below them may be raised to somewhat the average salaries in their respective field."

"The only tip I have is to be honest with the boss during the interview. He asks very specific questions and can tell who has experience and who does not."

"I do not like the lack of health and retirement benefits."
