"Worked there for over 25 years. They had over 100,00 employees, now they have around 76,000. The decrease is due to the fact they were victims of a Reduction In Force (RIF'd) or forced to find another job because they were the most experienced, most knowledgeable and highly compensated employees. The company has lost several great people and as a result lost the knowledge and experience that made this company great so many years ago. Today, it is a shell of its former self. Top management is more concerned with the price of the stock and satisfying the stockholders. They do not care about the employees! I do not know how they will be able to fulfill their contracts with their customers."

"I've been with CSC over nine years. I work at a client site with very little contact with CSC proper. Benefits, were fine up until two years ago. Now they are very costly and will cost you more if your spouse works due to penalties. We were told "No increases in pay this year". While we work very hard and have a good reputation with our client, our employer, CSC, doesn't value us. It's a morale killer and we'll lose good people. In turn CSC will lose business.
