"CSC is a huge company, hence a huge bureaucracy (as to be expected). Procurement of new tools such as computers or software takes a while, but that's the nature of a bureaucracy. It is what it is."

"Streamline the management hierarchy, streamline procurement policies, offer more competitive compensation."

"The pay and benefits were outstanding. Management personnel were top shelf. You have a chance to grow."

"I needed some flexibilty to deal with some personal issues, and there was none."

"None. Really, these guys knew their stuff, and were professional in all their actions."

"I’ve worked for CSC since April of 2019. Management is friendly, encouraging, and laid back. Overall, I have had a positive experience with CSC and how they treat their employees. The biggest downfall is cold calling prospects and getting yelled at on a daily basis by clients. CSC provides unlimited commission and great health benefits including 12 paid weeks of maternity leave."
