"Bring your own tools, and secure them, work as fast as you can, don't ask questions, and be prepared to explain everything you do to everyone even the manager."

"working space was very limited, there was not clear chain of command, there was no night operations manager, the company cared more about deadlines then product quality."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get more, and competent managers, be more caring of the product quality and no the amount of product done,."
