"No real commercial sales department. Retail could pass themselves as commercial and took the sale from commercial."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a real commercial sales department. get retail to do just retail sales. get the commercial sales department to established a customer follow up plan. rather calling 100 new customer everyday. call back those you sold in the past to see if they need anything then call new prospect."
