"Be honest about what you don't know, and be clear about how you can help the company maintain the SLA."

"Rewards and recognition for good work was non-existent. The tier II support team was not very helpful."

"Recognize employees for could work, and devote more time to assisting employees with tasks that are outside the level 1 duties and/or access privileges."

"Compensation was low for workload. Three years with no pay raises, cost of living adjustments, or no real benefits."

"Value your employees but hire the correct ones first. Many too many husband/wife combos with one of the two very unqualified."
