"The message and purpose of the company is important and would thrive when implemented within the company as well."
"I worked for ComPsych for 6 months as an fmla specialist. The environment is very toxic, I became physically ill every morning preparing for the work day. The pay is extremely low and the health benefits are expensive. Fmla managers have no authority to make changes, their role is to monitor the call center and make sure employees are not taking too many bathroom breaks. The training is horrible and there is no room for advancement. Everyone there is miserable."
"Adequate but insecure and demanding work environment"
