"I worked for ComPsych for 6 months as an fmla specialist. The environment is very toxic, I became physically ill every morning preparing for the work day. The pay is extremely low and the health benefits are expensive. Fmla managers have no authority to make changes, their role is to monitor the call center and make sure employees are not taking too many bathroom breaks. The training is horrible and there is no room for advancement. Everyone there is miserable."

"Expect that you will be working in an understaffed organization with multiple demands that cannot be met in a typical 40-hour work week most of the time."

What don't you like about working at ComPsych?

"There was little advance planning other than responding to multiple immediate emergency ad hoc information requests from multiple simultaneous sources. Work environment became very stressful."

"Infrastructure changes need to be considered during the process of setting up new sales and product initiatives, not as a last minute consideration."
