What don't you like about working at Community One Financial?
"Over the course of the 11 months, I was fortunate to excel very fast and privileged to supervise 5 other underwriters. However, as the industry started to change, the company had a very lethargic approach in embracing those changes. This inability to move with the times, made it very impossible for the company to garner more revenue, and it stifled their growth. Recognizing this flaw, I made a genuine attempt to leave the company, considering the Real Estate / Banking industry was at its peak. I was confident that I would find employment elsewhere."
