"The fact that there was little chance for advancement within the bank due to it's size."

"I enjoyed successfully opening the Bank and interacting with the employees and investors. Unfortunately, the Board of Directors had a hidden agenda to have an expert OPEN the bank and then terminate (without cause) me in favor of a candidate that was not approved by the Regulators."

"Review the Bank's regulatory and community relationships and management culture to ensure that your knowldedge of your workplace is acceptable to you and so that you can excell in your job responsibilities."

"Abide with all regulatory rules and regulations; focus on profitability and ensure that all loans are sound."
