"The Board and management are very open to new ideas and actually invited this idea building."

"The market in the area is very dependent on the natural gas industry. Also, the bank and its current branches are in a remote area of the four corners making it difficult to branch much further. There are some growth opportunities north of the bank's market."

What don't you like about working at Community Bank?

"Although the company is a Sub S corp. and the stock is fully subscribed it was difficult to get the board to pay the bonuses deserved or contribute to a long term executive compensation plan."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is strong and they understand how to run the bank. Although they won't be highly profitable the bank can add some new products and services. These will result in some incremental growth."

"Provided every opportunity for advancement for those who put in the effort. The people that I worked with were great and got along with most of them."

"Nope. They have been sold. I don't know anything about the company that acquired them. I was offered my job at 1/2 the salary."

"Nothing, I loved working for that company. However, it was acquired by a larger company."

"None, the company is out of business now so there is no management"

"don't take the job. no original ideas here. they will try to force you to do everything Chase, B of A, or CitI will do, only without the resources the support you."

"poor technology, poor training, no benefits, weak management team, no consideration for morale."

"Treat team members with respect, solicit and consider the opinions of front-line employees, stop using such a top-down management style."

"Bank's credit policy, not so large assists , therefore credit was limited."

"Increase credit facilities to different industries, expand on medical field CNI Loans."

"Too many bosses, and not enough employee's! Everyone was an AVP or VP of something, and consequently that made job title's not impressive!"
