"Being in the training field most of my adult life it was very difficult to comprehend how an organization could expect to produce qualified communication officers when the training was well under par."

"Wrote and delivered a training proposal to senior managment and Chief of Police suggesting ways the training program could be improved and the turnover rate could be reduced."
