Submit a Review"The great thing about working in this industry is being able to touch so many different pieces of hardware in the telecommunications industry. It is very challenging and rewarding to fix problems. However, it seems that due to the depressed economy some employers are using this to try to pay as little as possible. That's OK though because there are many opportunities out in the tech field so you can look elsewhere."

"Don't apply to the Call Center or Claims thinking you'll get your foot in the door and move up. That's a pipe dream in most cases."

"Continue to provide the adequate support and business ethics that they strive for."

"I like the work flexibilty because I work from home several days a week. I like my job enviornment and my team members. We work together to figure out problems. Upper management seems to keep employees very well informed of things happening at the company. Also, the company seems to want to do what is right for its employees, which in turn makes the company a better place."

"My tips include being honest, open, and not adverse to change."
What don't you like about working at DTE Energy?
"There is nothing that I do not like about the company. I really hate to leave. I have been here for over 10 years and I love it, however I have to be with my family."

"My suggestions include to keep an open mind and always respect your employees."
