"I do like some of the people I work with. I would say that the people I work with make my job a good job. The management and job itself are not the greatest."

"Not really, they are pretty easy to interview with if you are a good person and a good worker then you shouldn't have any problems."

"It is not serious enough. There is so much room for improvement, that goes unnoticed by ownership."

"Streamline the processes for more seamless operation between departments. Also listen to your salesforce, we are the people that are the frontline with the customers. Sometimes it feels as though there is no respect for the sales representatives."

"The company was in Massachusetts. There were a lot of employees doing the same work and overlapping one another."

"Consolidate roles to make the company more efficient. There was also a lack of communication from the top to the bottom."

"The only good thing was that you could set your own schedule, but if you're not building Rapport you're not making money."

"don't waste your time, you have been warned. There is no base salary and you will go for months without pay."

"I will not waste anymore of my time on Wilkins Solutions. This is a bad,bad,bad company. You will not make money here, you will waste more money than you will earn."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"give your CAM's a base salary. They say they care about their CAM's, but when it comes down to it they care about their CAM's making them money. It's a very greedy company."
