"Make sure you smile and don't leave them with any impression that you don't know how to handle a nasty customer."

What don't you like about working at Commerce National Bank?

"I was a teller and many people that came into the bank could be real jerks. You just have to grit your teeth and smile, but people could definitely have appreciated the work you did a little more. However, Commerce Bank itself was a good place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More could be done at the branch to bring the employees together."
