What do you like about working at Comcast?

"Some freedom to take care of personal stuff as long as work is getting done. Meaning if I am ahead of schedule, I can take an afternoon to get personal items done that can only be done during the weekdays."

"Research the position VERY carefully. It would help if you know someone already working there to get the truth behind the position and expectations that aren't conveyed during hiring process or job description."

"Lack of professional management. You can different answers to the same question depending on who you ask and when you ask."

"CONSISTENCY!!!! If you're going to treat some of your team a certain way, you should treat your entire team the same way."

"Got to set my own hours, the pay was good, and the benefits were great!"

"I didn't like doing door-to-door sales, when I wasn't knocking doors I was on the phone all day."

"The disorganization of customer service and the billing departments. The perception in the marketplace of being a gotcha company, there is always a gotcha in every sale."

"Figure out what you want to charge your customers pick some pricing and stick with it and make the package include all the boxes too.Customers don't like to guess at what their bill is going to be all the time."
