What do you like about working at Diamond Foods?

"The ability to roam around the processing plant to observe machinery and plant processes. It allows me to see how each component in a line work together to perform a single, larger task."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. The engineering team there is really easy going and is not over-professional."

What don't you like about working at Diamond Foods?

"The location of the plant is in the most miserable city in the United States in 2011 (and years prior). All of your clothes also end up picking up a walnut oil smell that seems to last for eternity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I do not have any suggestions for the engineering manager."
