"Did not care for union stewart. Was always giving me trouble."

"To much abuse by employees taking advantage of disappearing for long periods of time."

"People I worked with were great. Worked with 3 of them before."

"I would tell them not to interview with this company unless changes made at top management."

"The 12 hour shifts. I was only there 7 months and had 4 supervisors."

"Did not treat lower management well at all. Did not seem to care about employees."

"They always talked about making changes to procedures to make things better but never did."

"Plasser is a stress free place as long as you do your job and do not worry about what others are doing - or not doing."

"Talk a good talk when you go in but do not talk bull. The shop supers are slack but most are not stupid, they just lack courage to get the people straight."
What don't you like about working at Plasser American?
"Absolutely no way to advance, many people do not pull their own weight, most supervisors have attitude they may sit and read all day and if tings go well they use the words I and me, if things go bad, they use words they, he, she, and them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get squared away from the top down and find managers who can utilize all the employees they have rather than letting some do nothing while others carry the load."

What do you like about working at R&R Design?
"I like the majority of my co-workers. For the most part, they carry their weight and make my work day pleasant."
What don't you like about working at R&R Design?
"I do not like that the company allows for family/husbands/wives etc. to work together. Our supervisors son receives preferential treatment and does do his job effectively and others often reap the repracussions of his mistakes. Having family working together, in my opinion, causes for a very hostile work environment. Also, the insurance that is available is completely unaffordable and the company does not cover the employees."

"Treat your employees with more respect and stop making excuses for those that do not do their job."

"close to home and gained more work experience in machining"

"if you are a machinist this job will give you some experience in multiple departments."

"not working in the cnc department, or my field of study"

"Nothing. I have no complaints; it is a good company to work for."

"Keep up the good work and the clean attitude, and its good cheers."

"Keep records of all processes once they are proven and do not deviate from it once in place."

"If you dont care about being a machinist or being developed into any real tradesman in general and are interested in makeing between 24000 and maybe and I mean maybe if you work your ass off hit 40000 after 15 years of service this is the place for you but hey its clean"
