"The worst company you could ever work for! Training is terrible to say the least, it's pretty much non existent. Managers and supervisors are the worst of any company I have worked for. They after only in those positions because of seniority and have no job qualifications to be managing/supervising people. Safety is of no concern either numerous issues we brought up and everything is swept under the rug. The whole company is ran like a good ol boys club."

"Plasser is a stress free place as long as you do your job and do not worry about what others are doing - or not doing."

"Talk a good talk when you go in but do not talk bull. The shop supers are slack but most are not stupid, they just lack courage to get the people straight."

What don't you like about working at Plasser American?

"Absolutely no way to advance, many people do not pull their own weight, most supervisors have attitude they may sit and read all day and if tings go well they use the words I and me, if things go bad, they use words they, he, she, and them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get squared away from the top down and find managers who can utilize all the employees they have rather than letting some do nothing while others carry the load."
