Once you proven your programs with no flaws, that program can be use forever until changes are implemented."

"Some of the delivery dates where unrealistic but they would try anyhow, throwing money, resources and manpower at a project that should have been handled differently."

"Be more realistic in what the company can deliver in the time frame promised."

"Upper management had some strange ideas about management, or the way they implimented their ideas seemed to be not always realistic."

"It would probably be a eye openning experience for them if a under cover boss type event took place."
