"I was able to meet many new people from my local community. The patients made my day very special. I was able to help them out with any difficulties and provide a solution to their problems."

"Stay positive, focused and proactive. Customer service is key in the industry because the patient is always right!"

"There is a lot of finger pointing and gossip. Instead of people seeking for a solution they like to bring up the problems instead."

"To continue providing excellent customer service to the patients in our community."

"I enjoy the day to day work that I preform at this company. Management issues, short staffed and lack of resources and direction has lead to increased stress of Clinical Staff and others with demanding work loads."

"Ask lots of questions. Remember you are interviewing them as well to determine if its a good fit and home for you"

"Long hours, demanding due management, no guideness or appriecate for job done."

"EDUCATION! properly educationing staff to preform job fuctions. sink or swim method only creates stress and decreased work satification, and overall performance. Mentor and properly train employees for job functions required."

What don't you like about working at Baylor Health Care System?
"I don't feel like there has been adequate explanation or support given to me for tasks assigned to me. It is assumed that I came on board immediatley knowing what to do. I am put off when I ask for assistance on trying to understand what is expected of me. My immediate manager was very overwhelmed with his position when I started and therefore has failed to offer me the opportunity to know the companies culture, has not advised me of all job duties expected of me until after something isn't done. I've been asked by my employees questions that I do not have the answers to nor do I know who to go to for the answer. My manager does not answer telephone calls or emails and I feel abandoned most of the time. I feel that the job was misrepresented. I asked in the interview if there were any attendance issues and was flat out told no and from day 1 I was constantly battling with these issues. I was told I woudl have an assistant at both work locations and they did not and do not plan to do that now. I take extreme pride in my work and do whatever is necessary to do an excellent job, but when I do not know what my job is, how can I be expected to do an excellent job"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take the time to better aclimate a new staff member into the clnic. To ensure that the comfort level or at least the understanding of what is expected of them is there."
What do you like about working at Home Advantage Healthcare ?
"Short commute, top pay. There were some nice people in the field who were a pleasure to work with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Follow your intelligence, not your bank account. When the upper management interviewers sound like soul-robbing bandits, LEAVE!"
What don't you like about working at Home Advantage Healthcare ?
"Management were micromanagers without any clue of the tasks facing their employees. They openly spoke gossip about everyone, conducted drug tests in public, berated, belittled. Then they purchased the world's worst computer software system and ran it like a bunch of mindless zombies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Use my $10 million line of credit to bring field worker pay up to par, expand contacts, increase sales efforts and education. NOT invest in unproven, shaky companies for sale in other states!"
