"No 401 and retirement benefits. I understand because it is only a small reference lab with 100 employees. Not as big as other reference labs."

"Run don't walk. Just stay away from PPD - they have a high turnover rate."
What don't you like about working at Pharmaceutical Product Development?
"Bad atmosphere. Constant tension (over trivial matters). Lack of accountability.Analyzers in desparate need of updating!!!! QC is out on specific analytes repeatedly. I am amazed they report out results to clients knowing the QC/analyzer problems they have."

"Remove yourself from your fancy offices and actually be in the lab to witness what is happening everyday."
What do you like about working at Doctors Express?
"I started my working experience in Doctors Express Clinicas a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. My job timings used to start from 10 p.m. and ended at 6 a.m. The experience of working as a CLS was a real life experience, because I used to meet different people and perform Hematology, Chemistry and Microbiology tests. All the staff members were really co operative and maintained a friendly environment and I enjoyed the camaraderie of being part of a team."

"Hospital work is unique, where everything you do supports patients when they are at their most vulnerable. So, be a PROFESSIONAL."

"The limited number of tests, the rotation in different areas in the laboratory during the day."
