"The best thing about the laboratory at Centinela are the team members. The familial atmosphere in the laboratory is what keeps me returning every week."

"Be forward and honest during the interview and you will be given the opportunity to prove yourself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have seen several employees leave due to pay and benefits offered. New employees in particular tend to stay through training but leave soon after. It takes months of training and significant cost to train new employees and replace those that leave.Management simply needs to raise the pay to compete with other facilities in the area."
What don't you like about working at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center?
"I quit because my co-worker was always sleeping on the job. His attitude gave me sick. I have a strong Japanese philosophy-Bushido."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I told my laboratory manager, The hospital has been paying unnecessary expenses for an extra employee, and I should leave for the hospital. If I stayed there, I knew I would be abused by his friends."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you tell them the truth. Whatever applicants tell them, that's what will be used to get them a job. So if applicants tell a lie, Aerotek's credibility will go down."

"I liked working at UCLA because, I learned a lot when I was there."

"I did not liked the shift I was working at that time. I worked second shift two nights a week."

"Will never recommend this clinical lab. Its a hostile work place,discriminatory and poor benefits."
