"Opportunity to learn new things and there are full benefits."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would discourage anyone who is not ready to make work #1 in their life and work crazy hours with no validation or appreciation not to interview."

What don't you like about working at Zotec Partners?

"Upper level management and most Client Service Managers are not very friendly. Very cliquey mentality. I was promised a lot upon taking the job but have been lied to multiple times and disregarded even after a year."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees like human beings. There is more to life than work. I would suggest you actually talk to your employees instead of making someone else manage them who is too busy."

"It was a job that paid decently. The people I worked with were grate but that was about it."

"They are in need of IT people who need to get a job. If you are in need of a job and are qualified, this contracting firm will take you."

What don't you like about working at Apex Design Technology?

"The management had major communication and policy issues. Example: Having a policy change and waiting 3+ months after the policy change to get the policy out and when they did have it out, it wasn't set in stone."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At long as the management can get policies out in a timely manner and any important information communicated quickly, I have no suggestions."

"I really enjoyed my time at Mercer. It is a very employee friendly company. Fantastic benefits."

"Unfortunately, they did not have a career growth plan in place for CSAs, and I felt like I would stagnate if I stayed. It's diappointing, because I would have liked to spend my career there."

"DEVELOP THE CAREER PATH HANDBOOK FOR CSAS!"
